  1. How can I make my purchase?

Delivery and Shipping

  1. Where do you deliver?
    • Throughout Malaysia and Singapore
    • Shipping to other international addresses can be arranged upon request. Please contact us at support@honeykingdoms.com for more details.

 

  1. How long does it take for delivery?
    • We will process and ship out your order within 4 business days once payment is completed.

West Malaysia: Between 3-5 working days for parcel delivery

East Malaysia: Between 5-10 working days for delivery

Singapore – Between 7-14 working days for delivery

    • Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season etc).
    • For the purchase through affiliates, kindly check with your agent on the delivery time frame.

 

  1. How much is the delivery fee?
    • For online purchase:

West Malaysia: RM10

East Malaysia: RM25

Singapore: RM35

  1. Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?
    • For online purchase, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery as all deliveries will be done by the courier company

  1. How can I check the shipment status for an online purchase?
    • You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment.

  1. Do you provide self-collection service?
    • No, we do not provide self-collection service at the moment.

 

  1. The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?
    • We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help with your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, a refund may or may not occur.
