Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon of Manuka Emporium Honey
  2. 1 tablespoon of dried goji berries
  3. 1 mug or cupful boiling water
  4. 1/2 piece fresh ginger root peeled and sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Give the goji berries a gentle rinse under cool, running water
  2. In a pot, add the goji berries to water
  3. Cover and bring to boil before lowering the heat and simmering for an hour
  4. Stir in Manuka Emporium Honey until dissolved.

Ju Hua and Manuka Emporium tea not only tastes great, but it also contains many superfoods that
boost energy and reduce stress. This non-caffeinated Chinese sweet tea replenishes your energy
throughout the day without the spikes and jitters from coffee.
Herbal Ju Hua has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine to treat respiratory
problems, high blood pressure, and hyperthyroidism.
In addition to that, Manuka Emporium Honey also contains a group of antioxidants called phenols,
and these contribute to the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of the honey.

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon of Manuka Emporium Honey
  2. 3-4 dried Ju Hua tea flower
  3. 1 +1/2 cup of hot water above 80 degrees C
  4. 1 slice of fresh lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add Ju Hua and simmer for a minute or two
  2. Add Manuka Emporium Honey to taste
  3. Serve the drink at room temperature or chilled.
