Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon of Manuka Emporium Honey
  2. 1 tablespoon of dried goji berries
  3. 1 mug or cupful boiling water
  4. 1/2 piece fresh ginger root peeled and sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Give the goji berries a gentle rinse under cool, running water
  2. In a pot, add the goji berries to water
  3. Cover and bring to boil before lowering the heat and simmering for an hour
  4. Stir in Manuka Emporium Honey until dissolved.

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon of Manuka Emporium Honey
  2. 3-4 dried Ju Hua tea flower
  3. 1 +1/2 cup of hot water above 80 degrees C
  4. 1 slice of fresh lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add Ju Hua and simmer for a minute or two
  2. Add Manuka Emporium Honey to taste
  3. Serve the drink at room temperature or chilled.
